Return Policy

All order cancellations or modifications must be requested via email by replying to your confirmation email.

We will issue a full refund for any order cancelled at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled pickup time. 

If cancelled within 24 hours prior to pickup time, we will reimburse 50%.

We do not refund no-shows.

Please note that we only issue refunds to the card that was used to pay for the reservation and it could take up to 10 business days to show up as a processed transaction on your card statement. 

 

To completely cancel your order, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time and let us know if you'd like a full refund or if you prefer to reschedule your entire order to a later date. We can place your order on standby until you have new travel dates. 

In case of order modification, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time with your request. We will check our inventory and will reply back to you to confirm. 

Customized group orders will receive a separate group cancellation policy via email.
